We provide 8 weeks of wonderful fresh greens before the local farmers markets open.  Each week you will receive a selection of lettuce; greens such as spinach, kale or arugula; greens onions green garlic and herbs. Based on availability.

Enough for a family of four, for several meals.

Price is $184.00 due by February 29.  Early discount deadline: February 3, $170.00.

After February 29, cost $190.00

Pick up locations:  on farm - Friday and Saturdays - Mt Lebanon 4-6 pm Fridays.

A touch of Goose Creek Gardens honey rounds out a quick dressing for our ultra-fresh salad greens or balances the delicious bitterness of our braising greens. And a drizzle of our honey in your morning tea adds a sweet, local touch to your day.

Need a quick dressing?

2 parts olive oil, one part acid (lemon juice or vinegar), and just a bit of honey and Dijon mustard. Make it even tastier with some fresh chopped Goose Creek Gardens herbs.
