Honey

Our bees are our co-workers and suppliers: first they pollinate the plants on our farm, then they make sweet, fragrant honey for you to enjoy all year long. Need a quick dressing?

2 parts olive oil, one part acid (lemon juice or vinegar), and just a bit of honey and Dijon mustard. Make it even tastier with some fresh chopped Goose Creek Gardens herbs.
