From crisp and crunchy to soft and supple, Goose Creek Gardens’ selection of edible greens will make you swear off insipid, tasteless bagged salads and watery iceberg. Green moves to the center of your plate—think big salads, pasta tossed with fresh spinach, braised bitter green bruschetta—when it’s as fresh, vibrant, and delicious as the edible greens we deliver to market all spring, summer, and fall.  

Our baby lettuces are so tasty you’d be remiss to dress them with anything but a sprinkle of salt. Tame sharp and spicy arugula with a hit of lemon juice and olive oil. Green onions are go-to workhorses in the kitchen, giving any dish a sweet, oniony flair.
