Chocolate Mint Pesto

1/2 cup Chocolate mint leaves

drizzle Hazelnut oil

1/2 cup walnuts/pecans or hazelnuts

1/2 cup honey

In a blender, or food processor, add mint leaves, nuts and oil, process until a paste.  Add honey until it forms a sauce consistency.

Serve over cakes, cheescake, ice cream or add to smoothies.
