Now Hiring: Full-Time Farm Crew Members
📍 Goose Creek Gardens – Cowansville, PA
🕒 Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
💵 Starting at $11.00/hour

Located about 1 hour from downtown Pittsburgh, 12 miles from Kittanning, and within 15 minutes of Worthington, Chicora, East Brady, and Karns City. We’re also 45 minutes from downtown Butler.

We’re looking to hire 1–2 full-time farm crew members to join our team at Goose Creek Gardens! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fun, hardworking crew—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planting and maintaining flower crops

• Renovating and maintaining high tunnels

• Weeding, prepping beds, and general farm upkeep

• Lifting, moving, and loading farm materials (up to 50 lbs)

• Harvesting fresh flowers

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older

• Able to lift 50 lbs., walk on uneven ground, and work in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, mud—you name it)

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn—no flower farming experience required

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• This is a very physical job—expect to be on your feet and moving all day
