The following are our terms and conditions when purchasing dahlia tubers, heirloom chrysanthemum rooted cuttings, or dahlia rooted cuttings from Goose Creek Gardens, Ltd,
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*Orders will start start shipping April 2024, weather permitting. NO guaranteed delivery date.
**We cannot ship to HI, AK.
** Tubers and Rooted Cuttings CANNOT be combined on the same order. The tubers and cuttings MUST be placed as separate orders. Dahlia tubers would damage cuttings in shipping.
*If tubers and rooted cuttings are combined on the same order Goose Creek Gardens reserves the right to cancel the order.
*The Heirloom Chrysanthemums are rooted cuttings. Customers will receive a live plant.
*Upon arrival please open package immediately to inspect your order. If tubers or rooted cuttings are damaged please email us within 24 hrs. of arrival with a photo of the damaged plant or tuber so that we can remedy the problem quickly. Email photo to info@goosecreekgardens.com.
*NO REFUNDS on orders. Replacement ONLY if damaged in transit and we receive an email with photo of damaged tuber or rooted cuttings within 24 hrs. of delivery date.
*We are not responsible once the tubers and rooted cuttings are delivered. We cannot control how you care for your tubers or rooted cuttings or loss due to growing or weather conditions.
***Shipping on all orders is a flat rate of $20.
*NO modifications, additions, or cancellations to orders once they are placed. Additional orders cannot be combined with a previous order.
*All of our plants that we ship have been inspected by the PA Dept. of Ag.
