SHIPPING APRIL 2026

Harvest Dawn is a warm, rusty orange-red spray heirloom chrysanthemum that shines in both the garden and the vase. A vigorous grower, it produces an abundance of stems per plant, creating a full, bushy habit. Compact yet highly productive, it’s an excellent choice for home gardens, fall landscapes, and cut flower growers wanting reliable early-season blooms.

Bloom Size: 1–2 inches
Plant Height: 2 – 2 ½ ft
Bloom Time: Late September – Early October
Stem Quality: Abundant sprays; support recommended for best results
Best Uses: Market bouquets, fall landscapes, and seasonal arrangements

🌱 Growing Notes: May require frost protection depending on your zone. Heirloom chrysanthemums are not winter-hardy in most areas; we recommend treating them as tender perennials in Zones 7a and colder.

🍂 Why We Love It
Harvest Dawn is one of our go-to mums for early fall production. Its abundant sprays of blooms in rich rusty orange tones make market bouquets shine during the transition from summer flowers to autumn harvests. Compact, reliable, and full of color, this variety is perfect for extending the season and adding warmth to both garden beds and floral designs.
