Saba Heirloom Chrysanthemum Rooted Cutting

from $15.50

SHIPPING APRIL 2026

Saba is a striking heirloom chrysanthemum with bold purple-and-white petals and a vivid green center that makes it instantly eye-catching. Its playful coloring adds a unique touch to any bouquet or arrangement. Vigorous plants produce tall, sturdy stems topped with clusters of blooms, though support is recommended to keep them upright as they grow. A late-season variety, Saba is an excellent option for extending your harvest into November.

Bloom Size: 2–3 inches
Plant Height: 3–4 ft
Bloom Time: Early November – Mid November
Stem Quality: Long, usable stems; support recommended
Best Uses: Market bouquets, floral design, and late-season arrangements

🌱 Growing Notes: May require frost protection depending on your zone. Heirloom chrysanthemums are not winter-hardy in most areas; we recommend treating them as tender perennials in Zones 7a and colder.

💜 Why We Love It
Saba is a fun, wild-looking mum that always stands out in the field and in the vase. The vibrant green centers paired with purple-and-white petals make it one of the most unique chrysanthemums we grow. With its long stems and reliable production, it’s a florist favorite and a perfect choice for fall market bouquets. Blooming later in the season, Saba is a great variety for anyone looking to extend their harvest with something truly one-of-a-kind.
