*We plan to begin shipping heirloom chrysanthemum orders in April weather permitting. NO guaranteed delivery date.
*No modifications, additions, or cancelations to orders once they are placed. Heirloom chrysanthemum rooted cutting orders cannot be combined with dahlia tuber orders.
*Upon arrival please open package immediately to inspect the rooted cuttings. If rooted cuttings are damaged please email us within 24hrs of arrival with a photo of the damaged plant so that we can remedy the problem quickly.
*We are not responsible once the rooted cuttings are delivered. We cannot control how you care for your rooted cuttings or loss due to growing or weather conditions.
*NO REFUNDS on orders. Replacement ONLY if damaged in transit and we receive an email with photo of damaged rooted cuttings within 24hrs. of delivery date.
